D. None of these
- Animal wastes are commonly used for the generation of biogas. Biogas is a type of renewable energy that is produced by the anaerobic digestion of organic materials such as animal manure, food waste, and agricultural residues. The process of anaerobic digestion breaks down these organic materials and produces a gas that is mostly composed of methane and carbon dioxide. Biogas can be used as a fuel for heating, cooking, and electricity generation.
